Founded in 2005, Rosenfeld Media publishes high-quality books, produces industry-leading conferences and workshops, and hosts dozens of free events annually for UX and product people. The Rosenverse brings together all of our content—live, recorded, and published—in one easy-to-use platform for subscribers. Use it to address your on-demand information needs and to support practice and professional development on all topics UX and product.
Gold subscribers have access to all free account benefits, plus all past Rosenfeld conferences' content (including session recordings, session notes, sketchnotes, and decks). Each new Rosenfeld conference's content is automatically made accessible to Gold subscribers 90 days after it ends. Gold subscribers also include substantial discounts on Rosenfeld books, and upcoming conferences and workshop tickets. Learn more on the Rosenverse pricing page. Everyone needs to create a new account to use the Rosenverse, even if you already have an existing account with Rosenfeld Media.
Yes! We publish 8-10 new books annually and use them to train the Rosenbot, our chatbot, as soon as they're published. We also produce four conferences a year, so every few months you will receive access to new conference content. New community call recordings for each of our communities are also added each month, and we continuously add new features to both the Rosenbot and the Rosenverse. Please let us know what content and functionality you would like to see added.

We'll send you the Rosenfeld Report, our biweekly newsletter, which includes announcements on new books, workshops, and conferences, as well as links to curated UX and product-related content of note from around the Web.
If you're a Gold member, you're entitled to the great discounts listed under My Benefits & Discounts. Please note that these discount codes can't be combined with other Rosenfeld discounts.
No; you can only apply discounts to future purchases after you join the Rosenverse.
You will continue to have access to your purchased ebooks, regardless of your account status.

You can cancel your account at any time; access will expire at the end of the original term of your subscription. You can change your account settings here.

You can cancel your subscription to the Rosenverse at any time. Cancelled subscriptions will not auto renew. Please cancel through account management at least 3 days before the anniversary date to avoid continued automatic charging. If you do not cancel before the end of your 14 day trial, you will be charged, and refunds will not be issued.
