Ashley Sewall

Ashley Sewall is a UX researcher and content design leader with a PhD in Human Factors Psychology and over a decade of experience building and scaling research teams in high-growth tech organizations. Most recently, she served as a Senior Director of UX Research & Content Design, working at the intersection of product strategy, systems thinking, and human-centered design. After years in UX and leadership, Ashley made the deliberate decision to step away from full-time tech to reassess how work, family, health, and meaning fit together in this season of life. She is currently exploring a portfolio approach to work that includes UX consulting, yoga and somatic practices, real estate, and organization-focused services—while staying deeply curious about how skills from tech translate beyond it. Her transition is less about leaving tech behind and more about designing a more humane, flexible, and values-aligned way of working.
