After user research roles at Citibank, Mailchimp, and Meta, I found my passion in Research Operations as a driver of org-wide enablement. My purpose is to enable lean user research so teams discover early and often.
I developed the Customer Question Board framework, published in "97 Things Every UX Practitioner Should Know" (O'Reilly, 2021), and built The Method Finder as a tribute to Tomer Sharon and his lean research framework. It's my first venture into vibe coding that I'd like to share with all of you.
Tomer Sharon found that product teams ask the right questions about users but answer them in unreliable ways. My talk will show you how I became a builder and used vibe coding to bring his question-first framework to life as an interactive tool, making lean research more accessible and actionable for every product team.
