Anne Cantera

Anne Cantera is the founder of Elementyl Intelligence, where she designs human-centered AI systems, conversational experiences, agentic workflows, and adaptive interfaces through signal-based design. Her work spans enterprise AI, voice, conversation design, product strategy, and emerging agent technologies, including roles at LexisNexis and Optimum. She is the creator of Voice of AI and a fellow at the Conversation Design Institute and the Agentics Foundation. Anne believes the future of design is omnimodal: interfaces that flex between modalities based on context, task, and cognitive load. Her work helps designers and organizations build AI that is practical, responsible, accessible, and genuinely useful.
