Robin Beers
Founder, Ubuntu Culture Company
Robin Beers, PhD (she/her) is an Organizational Psychologist and the founder of Ubuntu Culture Company. Ubuntu, a South African Zulu word meaning "humanness," represents a universal concept of oneness and interdependence with all living things. It holds that we realize our full humanity through our relationships with others. In business, cultivating Ubuntu fosters collaboration and co-creation of regenerative, life-affirming solutions in ecosystems of trust and dignity.
Robin partners with leaders and teams to guide them to develop the capabilities, culture, and strategy needed for uncertain times. Leveraging 25+ years of corporate leadership experience, expert facilitation skills, and a deep set of frameworks and practices, she creates value through approaching organizations as connected systems, a deep understanding of human behavior, and an incisive ability to diagnose where organizations need to learn, change, and adapt. The result is workplaces where employees can thrive, collaborate fearlessly, and unleash innovative potential.
