Greg Baker co-founded DesignMap, a UX strategy firm he has led with his partners for nearly 20 years. At DesignMap, Greg has led engagements with Cisco Security, Meraki, Salesforce, and eBay, helping executive teams align business strategy, user experience, and emerging technology around clear product visions. Before DesignMap, he spent six years at the Dubberly Design Office. Greg also publishes The Sustainable Practice on Substack, where he writes from the inside of the question about what comes next for senior practitioners after long careers inside companies.
