Elizabeth Sklar

Elizabeth Sklar is a Senior Manager of Research at Justworks, where she’s spent the last five years building the Research function from the ground up. Her team’s work spans both long-term strategy and more tactical decisions, with the goal of helping Justworks make starting, running, and joining a small business more accessible. Elizabeth is passionate about enabling people across the company to make thoughtful, confident decisions, and she especially loves seeing the influence of research on the business long after it’s shared. As a leader, she believes that happy, curious teams are the boldest and most high-performing. Elizabeth lives in New York with her partner Hannah and their dog Peter, whose training has been a testament to the value of “testing and learning” and “progress not perfection.”
