Jessica Sheng

Jessica Sheng is the Research & Design Operations Manager at Justworks, where she focuses on scaling research and enabling the Technology organization to make confident and informed decisions. Over her time at Justworks, she has held many roles across, design program management and strategy and operations. Before joining Justworks, Jessica was a Senior Digital Project Manager at Viget, a digital product agency, where she led cross-functional teams to build impactful web and product experiences for organizations including the World Wildlife Fund, Environmental Defense Fund, and UVA Darden. She holds a B.A. in Digital Media Studies from the University of Rochester, a multidisciplinary program at the intersection of technology, design, and media.
