Vitorio founded the user research practice at The Advisory Board Company (acquired by Optum in 2018). Over his 12+ years in research and design, and prior 10+ years as a startup founder, product owner, and software developer, Vitorio has served healthcare clients including US Oncology, McKesson, Alere, and Alcon; and non-healthcare clients and brands including Microsoft, IBM, Star Wars, and NASA.
