I’m a Senior Service Designer with a focus on designing AI-powered services to enable a seamless customer experience. At Heidelberg Materials, my work centers on enabling omnichannel thinking and solutions across the organization, with a focus on building AI-driven services that act as the front stage of customer interactions.
Previously at Volvo Cars, in a similar role, I applied service design and mixed-method research to support projects from early-stage exploration to prototyping and evaluation. My work supported teams tackling mobility, safety, and connectivity.
My background includes roles in UX, design research, and business operations, giving me a systems-level perspective on how organizations adopt innovation. I’m passionate about creating clarity in complexity, building alignment across silos, and designing services that are both intelligent and human-centered.
