Cindy Alvarez is the author of Lean Customer Development (published by O’Reilly) and Director of UX for PowerPoint at Microsoft. Previously at Microsoft, she was Director of Customer Research for GitHub and Principal Group Product Manager in the Cloud & AI group. She's a regular speaker at conferences & events and also give private workshops. She's also passionate about diversity & inclusion: supporting women, Black and Latinx people, and girls in tech.
