Dagmara Kukawka

Dagmara is a Principal User Researcher on Siemens Digital Experience team. She holds an MSc in Information Studies (University of Amsterdam) and a BSc in HCI (University of Dundee). She leads research across continents and works with many partners from marketing, communications, learning & development, and product to build a strong research culture. Her sweet spots: ResearchOps, big international projects, and strategic research. Over the last 6+ years, she‚Äôs built and scaled ResearchOps from the ground up. Now she’s shaping ResearchOps 2.0 so small but mighty teams can do big things at enterprise scale. When she’s off the clock, you’ll find her on long runs, racing laps in the pool, or planning the next trip.
