Kritika Sony is a UX Designer at PromptPath, where she designs AI-driven workflows for the automotive industry. She has been working with AI-led product teams since 2019 and brings a global perspective shaped by experience across the US, Canada, Singapore, and India. Her work focuses on designing for trust, failure, and human understanding in complex AI systems.
She holds a Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction and Design from the University of Washington. Kritika is particularly interested in using AI as a design partner rather than a replacement, and in understanding where AI breaks down under real-world constraints. Outside of work, she enjoys turning ideas into tangible prototypes, blending software, hardware and play, and learning by building things people can actually interact with.
