Michelle Kaplan has worked at Rosenfeld Media for four years. She helps companies organize private UX training workshops and assists them in positioning themselves to sell product or acquire talent as sponsors of Rosenfeld conferences. She also lends a huge sense of humor to her work, no less at conference receptions--and she has legions of friends among UXers and, well, furred and feathered companions!
