Phil Kemelor is an independent consultant with over 30 years of applied experience in marketing, analytics and program management. He leads delivery of complex data analytics projects, and business process transformation initiatives at Fortune 500 brands, global NGOs, and federal and state government agencies.

In his role as a senior executive, Phil directly contributed to the growth and acquisition of analytics consulting firms through the development and delivery of business and marketing, branding and account growth strategies.

An early adopter and advocate for the use of data to create digital strategies, Phil wrote and published “The Executive’s Guide to Web Site Measurement and Testing” in 2006. In a collaboration with The Real Story Group, Phil co-founded and served as research lead for “The CMSWatch Web Analytics Report” from 2007-2011.
