Sarah Bloomer
Visiting Professor of Design, Olin College
Sarah has extensive experience with interactive software design, design research and UX team development. She's best when working collaboratively to help teams find the right strategy, discover knowledge about their customers and apply that knowledge to experience design. Collaborative design allows her to mentor internal teams while expediting design.
She's designed GUIs to web applications across multiple industries and platforms, from web to enterprise systems. Her UX practice has evolved to design research, service design and customer experience strategies, including lean UX techniques, customer journey mapping and deep customer research.
