Tina Weisser is a professor for Service Design, UX, and Leadership at the Munich Center for Digital Sciences and AI at Munich University of Applied Sciences. She conducts applied research on Human-Agent Teams and explores how people and AI agents collaborate in real organizational settings. She works with Service Design not only as an innovation method, but as a way to structure complex socio-technical systems. Her focus is on creating clarity around roles, decisions, and responsibility when AI agents become part of everyday work, with particular attention to trust, decision-making, and leadership.
