As Director of User Experience Research at Zendesk, Aviva “Veevi” Rosenstein contributes to design and development of a powerful, flexible customer service and engagement platform that serves over 200,000 customers in 160 countries.
Veevi Rosenstein began researching how people use Web and mobile technologies while earning her PhD at the University of Texas. By 2005, she was creating and sharing techniques for conducting user research in Agile development contexts. As a manager and director, she has created high performing UX research teams and programs at cloud companies including Yahoo Media, DocuSign, and Salesforce, delivering insights at enterprise scale.
Veevi’s passion is to help organizations better understand and empathize with the people who buy and use their technologies, inspiring those teams to design, build and launch great user experiences.
