Aline Horta
Design Director, QuintoAndar
Aline Horta holds a degree in Visual Design from PUC-Rio, with a specialization in Branding from Brunel University London. She has guest lectured on UX Design strategies at the Miami AdSchool in São Paulo and was a judge in the “Service Design” category of the Brasil Design Awards (2020 and 2023). She has nearly 20 years of experience in strategic design and has led multidisciplinary teams, both in Brazil and abroad, to solve complex problems to connect people and businesses. Throughout her career, she has worked at companies such as Accenture Song-Fjord, where she led transformation projects for clients such as Bayer, Bic, Bradesco, B3, EDP, Gerdau, Kingfisher, Santander, and Volkswagen; and Dasa – a comprehensive healthcare network, where she led the CX&Design team, combining innovation and strategy to improve the physical and digital experience of patients, healthcare professionals, and healthcare industry stakeholders. She currently leads the property rental design team at QuintoAndar. She has expertise in service design, user research, product design, and innovation. She is committed to driving positive business outcomes through user-centered design.
