Dr Amanda Woolley is an experienced change consultant, working with cross-boundary teams and partnerships to quickly build alignment, effective ways of working and consistent external communication. She has supported more than 50 teams, partnerships and collaboratives to mobilise system-wide change and trained many more change leaders to do the same. Her previous experience in the English NHS covered varied roles in assurance, transformation, policy and leadership development. Dr Woolley received her PhD in decision psychology from King’s College London in 2015. She recently founded Building20, an organisational development practice for insight, creativity and action.
