Chris Hammond is purpose-driven designer and technical executive. As a former Distinguished Designer at IBM, he drove sustainability initiatives both internally and with clients to help them reduce environmental impacts through IBM's products. He led and coached 100’s of cross-functional teams to accelerate adoption of their experiences. Prior to IBM, he served as Director of Innovation at a design consultancy working with Fortune 500 clients. Today, Chris brings his expertise as a fractional executive for growth-stage companies.
