Dave Hoffer
Design Leader
Dave has been a User Experience Designer spanning a 20+ year career working both in-house and at consultancies for such companies as Amazon, McGraw-Hill, Frog Design, and McKinsey & Company. He’s designed experiences for Goldman Sachs, HP, AT&T, Cisco, and Disney at the product, service, and brand levels.
He’s managed and built teams, engaged in digital transformations, and delivered products. He firmly believes in rigorous User Research as the core to any problem to be solved and although not strictly a User Researcher himself, he’s engaged in this level of work throughout his career.
Dave has spoken at conferences, authored numerous articles, and has participated in almost every Rosenfeld Media event since 2020. He’s currently accepting freelance contract work while he writes his book, “Redesign Everything.”
