Jennifer Otto is a UX Research Operations leader at Fidelity Investments where she’s focused on creating inclusive, best-in-class experiences for both researchers and participants. She loves solving unmet needs by developing systems, creating efficiencies, and evolving with change. Jen graduated with degrees in both Psychology and Information Architecture, and has spent over 20 years in project management, business analysis, and UX in both Financial and Insurance industries. When she’s not evolving the user experience at work, she’s evolving it at home by organizing closets and labeling all the things.
