Mina Jonsson

Mina Jonsson is on a mission to make work -work for over 42 million workers and their families in 140+ countries. As a UX Research leader at ADP, she established a new research practice and, through great partnerships, helped shift the product development approach from feature-driven towards human-driven. With a career spanning UX research, design, product management, and electrical engineering, Mina has the ability to see problems and solutions from all angles. A creative and intentional people leader, she stays focused on enabling a better future for working mothers, minorities, introverts, and other underrepresented people in the tech workplace.
