Sarah Coyle has over 20 years of experience in project management, business analysis, requirements management, strategy analysis, and analytics. Currently, Sarah is working to build and strengthen an information-driven culture within USAA's Chief Design Office (CDO). She is enjoying learning about design thinking and figuring out how the world of analytics and design come together in what she calls human-centered information.
