Aletheia is a Design, Product, and Engineering Operations leader with over 10 years of experience building teams, operating systems, and leading change. Her eigenquestion: What would this look like if it were easy? She is currently at Microsoft, on an extraordinary mission to help reimagine the way teams have been building software for decades, with a focus on design-to-code workflow innovation in the AI era.
Prior to Microsoft, Aletheia established Design & Product Operations at Zapier, and led Dayforce’s (formerly Ceridian) design system and accessibility operations to empower inclusive, cohesive, scalable product experiences. And before that, she hired and established the foundations for a new Design team at the Government of Canada — responsible for delivering an award-winning platform supporting 300,000 public servants.
