Candace started her career practicing IP law and soon found working with creatives to be the best part of her work. She moved to SaaS, then on to lead operations for Brand at Pinterest. She found a home on Facebook App for 3.5 years, leading the Design Ops team for Groups, Events, Profile and Dating. Most recently she heads-up design operations on the Netflix Studio team, creating products from "pitch to post," enabling Netflix to create the content you love.
