Ebru is a designer at heart and a DesignOps leader based in Istanbul. She began her career as a self-taught designer, collaborating with diverse clients and product teams over the past decade to craft meaningful interactions and visual systems. Her path naturally evolved into design leadership, where she focused on nurturing team culture, dynamics, and long-term growth.
Today, she leads DesignOps at Commencis, where she brings a human-centered lens to the operational side of design. Her work centers on scaling the design practice with care—removing roadblocks, optimizing collaboration, and shaping systems that support clarity, belonging, and creativity. She’s passionate about championing the value of design across the organization and the broader community.
