Erika Flowers
Principal Service Designer, Author, Facilitator
Erika Flowers presently works at Insulet tackling the challenges of people living with diabetes. She joined NASA as a civil servant and Digital Service Expert in 2023 after working at the digital collaboration startup Mural as an Senior Principal Experience Strategist. Previously, she worked for Intuit as an Innovation Catalyst and Design Strategist for the QuickBooks and TurboTax financial products. The last decade of her career has been focused on collaboration methods, human centered design practices, service design, and the facilitation of co-creative workshop.
