Florian Vollmer
Director of Experience Insights, Autodesk
Florian Vollmer is Service Design and Journey Management Lead at Autodesk, with a rich background in creating customer-centric experiences at an enterprise scale. From 2019 to 2023, he served as Director of Service Design at NCR, where he led global initiatives in service design and Design Thinking. He also teaches Service Design and Design Strategy at Georgia Institute of Technology. Previously, Florian was a partner at InReality, a service design and technology consultancy. Educated in Germany and the UK, he holds a Master’s in Industrial Design from Georgia Tech. His publications include contributions to service design literature and industry journals.
