Indra Klavins’ career mantra, “people, then process, then things,” was developed through her management of projects at Razorfish, experience design teams at TD Ameritrade and then high priority initiatives at The We Company (a.k.a. WeWork). Her experiences on these initiatives have yielded her a series of lessons, tools and tricks that she looks forward to utilizing in her next role as Director of Design Operations at Verizon.
