At Salesforce, Laine specifically focuses on Learning & Development to enable teams of design practitioners to achieve personal and professional growth via learning events, onboarding, and certification enablement. Over the last 10 years, Laine’s role has transitioned from Digital Project Manager to Design Program Manager, shifting from working with digital marketing clients to supporting Salesforce’s internal Product Design teams. Outside of work, you can find Laine spending time with her husband, Julian and her cat, Sparkles.
