Laura Gatewood is currently a Lead Design Program Manager at Salesforce on the central DesignOps team in UX. She has 15 years of experience in scaling team operations and managing stakeholder relationships. Laura is driven to create great enablement and learning experiences for designers and close partners. Prior to Salesforce, she practiced Research Operations at a large academic medical center, managing a team of program managers and PhDs. Laura has a background in art, strategic planning, event organization, and project management. She lives in Asheville, North Carolina, with her husband, and 3 cats. When not focusing on operations, Laura creates animal art prints, gardens, and reads nonstop!
