Noah Bond
UX Research Lead, Hinge
Noah is a mixed-methods UX Research Lead at Hinge, where he manages the Trust & Safety research team focused on ensuring the physical and psychological safety of all daters on the platform. Prior to Hinge, Noah worked at LinkedIn as a Staff UX Researcher leading Product Equity research and was a founding member of the Tech Accountability Coalition at the Aspen Institute. Before becoming a UX Researcher, Noah started his career as an analyst in venture capital and product marketer at a number of startups, including micro-mobility company Lime (known at the time as LimeBike) when it was a small team of 15. Noah’s research practice is informed by 10+ years working in tech and a deep passion for building safe and equitable experiences with and for historically and systemically marginalized communities. As a Kenyan and Indigenous-American (Cochiti Pueblo, Cherokee), Noah was raised in an intersectional tradition that emphasized the importance of community, justice, and servant leadership. He is a vocal advocate for the liberation of all people and views technology as a powerful tool that can be leveraged in service of that goal. He received his B.A. in Middle Eastern Studies and Human-Centered Design from Dartmouth College.
