Bud Caddell is the Founder and Chief Strategy Officer of NOBL (pronounced no-bell), a change and organizational design firm. Bud is a recovering software developer and innovation consultant, now obsessed with how individuals work together toward shared goals. His mission in life is to change how the world literally works, beginning by proving that while change isn't always painless, together it's always possible.
