Daniel is currently the Executive Director of design for Small Business Credit Cards at JP Morgan Chase, where he leads a blended team of designers, content editors, and researchers. Before that, he was a design director at McKinsey Design where he led engagements across the public and private sector with a focus on the future of energy and government services. Daniel is passionate about developing high performing teams, and helping grow the next generation of design and leaders and thinkers.
