With a background in information design and Human-Computer Interaction, Johanna has been working in User Experience since 2004.
As a consultant, Johanna offers user research, product management, and service design services.
She was Head of Product at developer-tooling startup Snyk, led a research & insights team at PwC, and worked with Public Health England on digitising their tuberculosis screening service. Most recently, she was part of a Data Insights team at the UK's Department for Education.
